Clause 25.1(b) defines a shiftworker for the purpose of the additional (fifth) week of annual leave under NES s.87(1)(b).

Ordinary hours average 38 per week (clause 15.1) with 2 full rostered days off each week (clause 15.2). Clause 15.3 allows the 38-hour average to be worked over a longer cycle by agreement.
